- West Classroom: 2000 sq ft acrobatic studio space, 2″ carpet bonded foam, mats, rigging points – Evening rate $125/hr

- Studio 2: 57 feet wide by 32 feet deep. Marley flooring with ballet barres and 1 wall of full mirrors.
- Studio 3: 57 feet wide by 32 feet deep. Marley flooring with ballet barres and 1 wall of full mirrors.
Rate: $50 an hour Rental includes use of sound system with hookup for computer, phone &/or CD player.
Restrictions: No street shoes in any studio. Only Studio 3 (upstairs) may be used for Tap, Ballroom, Clogging or Irish Dance. No food or drink except water allowed in studios. No Alcohol, Tobacco or Vaping allowed on the premises. Academy of Dance Arts assumes no responsibility or liability for any injuries or damages that occur during your rental.
